We are on the lookout for an Information Systems Support Officer. The role supports the ICT team and requires excellent customer service, great communication skills and a willingness and aptitude to learn new skills. There are a broad range of tasks and responsibilities within the ICT team and this entry level role is a great way to gain skills and experience that will kick start your career in ICT!

Working in the ICT Team you will be learning and assisting with:

• Providing efficient ICT solutions and support for all customers, across all levels of the organisation
• Assisting with Information Management
• Assisting with the technical aspects of facilitating council meetings
• Assisting with technology projects across the business
• Developing documentation and user guides relating to ICT

A successful candidate for this ICT support role will have:

• Great listening and clarifying skills to troubleshoot and explain solutions to customers
• A minimum of a National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 2
• Proven technical ability and an interest in Information Technology
• Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple demands
• Enjoy working as part of a team and the ability to work independently when required
• A full NZ drivers’ licence
• A strong work ethic, good attitude and a professional manner
